After a ten year career in Logistics, James decided to enter the challenging world of recruitment, starting as a Manager for a National Recruitment Agency and working his way up to Director Level, specialising in National Sales and Business Development. He then took on his biggest challenge to date; opening the doors to his own Recruitment Business!
Starting with a single, one man office in Reading, James used is first-hand knowledge of the Logistics Industry and experience working for some of the UK’s largest Recruitment Agencies to build M4 Specialist, a company that truly understands its Clients’ requirements and whose recruitment practices are tailored meet their individual needs and expectations. Building upon his successes in the Logistics Industry, James has expended the Company and our specialist teams to offer these bespoke recruitment solutions across a variety of industry sectors.
