Michelle has been with the M4 Team since its inception, now based at our Head Office, she has progressed through the company to become our Client Services Director. She is responsible for overseeing all of our key accounts across the UK and has over 8 years’ Recruitment experience within the Logistics & Distribution, Manufacturing, Production, & GLA sectors. Michelle has also been responsible for overseeing the account management team and for the implantation of all our National Accounts.
Her specialist background includes developing Bespoke Recruitment Solutions for high volume accounts including Master Vend & Onsite Solutions, Workforce Management Systems & Project Managing large scale recruitment campaigns.
