Rachel has recently joined us at our Bicester Branch, with 6 months industrial recruitment experience. During this time she have developed an in depth understanding of the challenges and needs within the industrial sector .Her strengths include a keen eye for good candidates , strong communication skills and a passion for helping both clients and candidates achieve their goals.
What she enjoys most about working in recruitment is having the ability to make a difference, whether it’s helping a candidate find their perfect job or supporting clients in finding their perfect candidate.
